Compliments, COMMENTS and complaints

A2ndvoice CIC is committed to providing the best service possible.  We welcome compliments, comments and complaints about our services so that we can continuously provide a good service and welcome constructive suggestions about how we can improve further.


However, occasionally things go wrong, and you may wish to make a complaint if we have not provided the service you expected. 


Initially we will endeavour to resolve things informally and will offer to meet you to have a discussion. If it is not possible to resolve matters informally, we will go through a formal complaints procedure.
